I am still waiting on my bond to be refunded it has now been 4 business days and nothing has come through. I had a great experience with staff and picking up the car and dropping off but now that I am chasing my bond refund no one seems to be responding to my emails or getting back to me which is really disappointing
The pickup time was outside the store's working hours. Communication via mail beforehand was very clear, and the process was straightforward. The car was in good condition, clean, tidy, and fuel-efficient. The return process was quick, and they offer a free shuttle to the airport, making it very convenient.
Car had a dead battery and cobwebs inside hood. Had an after hour pickup scheduled and paid for. Emergency no went unanswered. Pickup location jump started car. But it died again on reaching hotel. Next day was Sunday. Again no one answered phone. 3rd day a person came and replaced battery at 3pm. Wasted 2.5 days of trip.
Process was taken care of efficiently. I asked what fuel the car used and if GPS was available. It was not. The car was older than I expected but comfortable & adequate for my needs.
