Both pick-up and drop-off were very fast, and there was no issue with using a magnetic stripe card for the deposit instead of a chip card. We even extended our rental by a day without any formalities, and the fee was deducted directly from the deposit when we returned the car.

The booking page indicated free cancellation, but when plans changed and I needed to cancel, I was informed there were conditions. Why not clearly state the cancellation policy when booking?

The system clearly showed available cars, but the American girl insisted we upgrade. We specifically went to the parking lot to take photos as evidence, and only then did we get the Camaro. The old gentleman at the parking lot was from Guangdong and taught us how to open the convertible. Great service.

A lot of car models to choose from, even the compact series had regular sedans. I chose a Ford. It had a backup camera and other features. Very nice.
