QEEQ didn't book with Global Rent a Car. It was a very obscure company with no presence at Dalaman Airport. During the return, we had to find a local to call someone to pick up the car.
It says 24-hour service, but they actually close at 7 PM, so I couldn't pick up the car and had to take a taxi to the store the next morning, which wasted a lot of time. Please update the operating hours to avoid misleading customers. The processing time is also very slow.

There was no counter.. we had to call to arrange pick up and drop off and I travel without a phone. Also we clarified if we needed the HGS toll card and were told no, it was covered in the car. At drop off they tried to charge us an additional 100TL for tolls. I refused to pay it.
