We arrived quite late, and the car rental website gave us the wrong model, so our luggage couldn't fit. Eurocar insisted that it wasn't their fault and wanted us to take the wrong car. Later, after a staff change, their attitude improved and we paid extra to change the car.

They said the deposit would be refunded in 4-5 working days, but it hasn't been returned yet. They also don't respond to emails.

The service attitude was good, but the car pick-up process took quite some time. I was delighted to rent a Q5 with four-wheel drive; it was perfect for the snowy mountain roads in Montenegro.

The rental company staff did not follow the proper procedures and deducted over 1000 RMB from us without sufficient evidence. The communication and coordination by the rental platform were clearly inadequate, and we did not receive any of the requested photos from the rental company. The final result was unsatisfactory and frustrating. Lesson learned: Make sure the rental company follows procedures and take plenty of photos as evidence before renting.
