We arrived earlier than our scheduled pickup time. After calling the rental agency from the airport, we waited for over 20 minutes before a staff member came to the airport with the car, and then helped us get used to driving on the left side before we departed.

First time self-driving, chose this company for their Chinese service. The service was warm and enthusiastic, but there wasn't a physical storefront, which made it feel small. The car was not the Outlander we wanted, but a RAV4 with a small trunk, and it had been used for a long time with many damages.
