Upon reaching our destination, the staff mentioned that the insurance purchased through Zuzuche only covers basic incidents. In case of accidents involving injury to others, medical expenses are not covered, and we needed to buy an additional insurance which was almost as expensive as the rental itself. For safety, we had to purchase the extra insurance. Originally priced at 180 USD, it ended up costing 291 USD at checkout.
The store was satisfactory, but Alamo's customer service did not have Chinese-speaking staff in case of an accident. This caused a lot of stress and made communication difficult.
The sales pitch was pretty intense, and I ended up declining everything, which didn't feel great. However, the young guy who helped me with the car was nice and provided excellent service. He even upgraded me to a new QX70 for free.
