The employees don't speak Chinese, there are charges for pickup and drop-off, and the rental shop is not in the Miami Airport car rental center. You also need to buy a toll pass at the store. I bought comprehensive insurance on the rental platform, but the rental company still required me to buy another insurance, resulting in higher costs. When returning the car, it was an elder who was not very strict. I was worried about getting charged for the sand I got in the car from the beach, so I spent $15 to clean it at a car wash, which later seemed unnecessary. Overall, it was okay, and my credit card deposit was fully refunded.
