Even though I bought full insurance through QEEQ, the counter still tries to upsell.

I initially rented a Mercedes A-class, but ended up with a Kia. When I asked the staff for an explanation, they said the booking was for a class of cars, not a specific model. If that's the case, what's the point of having so many models listed on the rental website? I saw an elderly lady next to me who got the Mercedes A-class, but we only got a Kia. The discrepancy is too disappointing.

Always check tire pressure after pickup, you can pump them at any gasoline station. Repsol is my recomendation. Make sure you pay for extended insurance coverage in places like Madeira :)
