I immediately questioned it, showed my QEEQ order, and told them 'zero, zero'. They said my insurance didn't cover emergency rescue, and I declined it. They later canceled it and told me 'don't worry'. Importantly, you don't need to print out the pickup form; just tell them the pickup confirmation number. Printing a document abroad can be troublesome and usually requires self-service credit card payments. I once spent $17 to print a pickup form, but it became invalid later due to rebooking! I hope QEEQ's customer service advises customers not to worry about printing.
