The Hertz at Avalon Airport is very easy to find, it's the first one you see when you exit. However, the service is not impressive. Whether there is someone or not isn't the issue; the problem is that the car handover requires someone to inspect it. Otherwise, any future scratches or damages are hard to clarify. A week has passed, and I still haven't received my deposit or receipt.
