I had already paid over 200 RMB for full insurance on Zuzuche, but AVIS still charged me again. The local insurance fees were very high. The car was also very dirty and old. I rented a GPS but it couldn't even find the five-star hotel Savoy Le Grand Hotel in the city center. I ended up not using it at all. One Euro should exchange for 1:11 Moroccan Dirham, but the car rental place exchanged at 1:15. The staff said it was automatically set by the system. The entire experience felt like a scam! Is AVIS really a big company? Or does Zuzuche have no control over their suppliers? I hope other renters don't have to go through something like this.

Insurance scam. Despite presenting our domestic insurance policy at the time of pickup, the company still took a pre-authorization without our knowledge. When returning the car, they charged us for insurance despite multiple clarifications that we already had it. The car return location at the airport is hard to find.

Around 45min to wait for avis agent at pick-up. For drop-off.. more than 2h to wait for avis agent at Marrakesh ..nobody at agency because Ramadan. Why no warning about that at pick-up ????
