A real shady business. When picking up the car, they said there was no problem and no need to check. When returning the car, they claimed there were several scratches. We explained the situation, and they communicated over the phone, telling us there was no issue. After we left, they deducted our deposit and eventually required us to pay 6,000 RMB for maintenance fees. I didn’t expect such a situation from the renowned Hertz company. The Hertz in Morocco has really tarnished the reputation of Hertz. I have rented cars in many countries and encountered this situation for the first time. As an honest person, I advise everyone not to choose them. They are a bunch of thieves and robbers. Just look at other people's reviews of them, and you will understand.

There is absolutely no rental desk at Fez Airport! It took us nearly three hours to communicate with Zuzuche, look for a rental company, and finally rent a car on the spot. It was such a hassle! Now waiting for Zuzuche's after-sales compensation.

They are very friendly and attentive. The car is in excellent condition with complete documentation. Some police wanted to look at this. I really love the car and have had an amazing experince driving in Morocco.

Picked up the car at Fez airport and dropped off at Casablanca airport. Service was thorough without any forced sales, and staff were friendly. They carefully pointed out every small defect on the car. The car return process took less than five minutes, very satisfied.

The new car had only about 30,000 kilometers on it and looked very new; the interior was clean and tidy. After a six-day journey, I felt this car was excellent value. The return point at Casablanca Airport's T2 terminal was easy to find. The staff quickly inspected the car and released my deposit the same day. In fact, the deposit at AVIS was quite low—only 2000 Dirhams, likely because I had rented from this global company before. Surprisingly, the deposit for the car I initially rented from another company (EUROPE) was 16,800 Dirhams. Opting for AVIS was definitely the right choice. I will continue to choose their vehicles in the future.

Surprisingly, the car I initially rented in Morocco from EUROPE required a deposit of 16,800 dirhams. So choosing AVIS was absolutely the right decision. I will continue to rent cars from their company in the future.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my car rental experience in Morocco! They forced us to buy a local insurance for 500 euros, otherwise we had to leave a deposit of 36,000 dirhams! (Even if you bought the full coverage insurance in advance through the rental platform, they wouldn't acknowledge it!!). It was basically robbery! When picking up the car, the staff didn't inspect it properly and handed over a vehicle full of scratches! But when returning the car, they inspected it meticulously, trying to find numerous flaws. They pointed out several scratches that were definitely not caused by us and insisted they were new and made us sign! It was utterly frustrating... Luckily, we purchased their full insurance at the start, otherwise the number of issues they would have picked out would have been even more. I've rented cars in many countries, but I've never been scammed this badly...

The pickup address was completely wrong. I called customer service and the response was very slow, taking three hours. When I finally got the car, I was told they were on lunch break, wasting half a day.

We received great help from the desert tour driver who provided us with the contact details of the store clerk. He kindly waited an extra hour for us to pick up the car. When we arrived, the staff was exceptionally patient in helping us with the paperwork. Very touching experience.

The place was supposed to be open at the specified time, but it wasn't. We waited for an hour before getting the car. Maybe it's a local trait. Also, it wasn't a Passat; we got a CC instead. However, the car was still good.

Except for having to go to the airport to pick up the car, the service is acceptable.

The average wait time for picking up the car in Fes and returning it in Casablanca is 40 minutes. There are usually no staff responsible for issuing orders, and the store only calls someone over when you arrive. Additionally, they have a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM.
