Good service, quick and easy getting the car. There were a lot of ants on the outside of the rental car upon pickup. The ants were a nuisance throughout the rental period. Car could have been cleaned better before I rented it. Sticky stuff inside the car was attracting lots of the.
Both QEEQ and the car rental company provided excellent service. Their patient explanations and tips were very helpful, and they actively helped me arrange my trip and solve many problems. Thank you.
The customer service staff were very friendly and explained everything in detail. However, East Coast Rentals is not a big company and doesn't allow direct pickups at the airport, requiring a shuttle, which is a bit inconvenient.
