There are Chinese staff who can speak Mandarin at the store. However, they kept trying to upsell additional services, like highway toll packages, return car cleaning packages, and full tank return packages. They charged $87 for the full tank package, claiming it was a company discount. But later on, I found out that refilling the tank costs just over $60, so this so-called discount felt like a rip-off. Not very trustworthy.

Overall okay, but there were additional charges added during the rental. It is recommended not to buy insurance in advance in your home country, but rather purchase it directly when you are there.

A very professional company with very convenient pick-up and drop-off process. Since it was an RV, airport pick-up and drop-off were not available, which is understandable due to RV limitations. The most surprising part was that the rental order was for a Volkswagen RV, but instead, I received a Mercedes-Benz RV. It was high-end and luxurious, totally worth it.
