The car wasn't ready at the scheduled pickup time. Every time I asked, they would say it will be ready in another 20 minutes. This went on for two to three hours. Very dissatisfied with this service.
I scheduled to pick up the car at 8 AM, but no one was there! They claimed to have Chinese service, but the staff member's English was not good at all.
It was okay. There is a store at the airport, which is easy to find. The vehicle condition was average; the Civic had 130,000 kilometers on it. Because we were given only one key, we had to pay 1000 THB to get the door opened after it locked itself.
