Overall very satisfied. The car was delivered directly to the airport. However, returning the car was difficult to locate based on the instructions. The airport traffic was very congested, making the return process time-consuming and quite troublesome.
Average, the return experience was extremely poor. On the way to return the car, I missed the PTT gas station and the tank wasn't full, which cost around 300-400.
This branch charges unnecessary fees and deducts money arbitrarily. Be cautious to avoid pitfalls. The rental cost was over 800, but they charged me 1627 for vehicle cleaning. Completely unreasonable.
The process was smooth. I arrived earlier than planned and needed to pick up the car in advance. The customer service was very helpful in assisting me.
Be sure to pay attention to their pick-up time. Their operating hours end at 8 PM. If your flight is slightly delayed, you might not make it in time. It's recommended to opt for a 24-hour service instead.
