Renting the car was a bit of a hassle, had to wait for a while, but the return was extremely convenient. Just parked the car in the lot, no one checked it, then returned the keys at the airport counter and that was it. No inspections whatsoever...
Terrible company. They accused me of smoking in the car even though I didn't and claimed there was a smoke smell. When I lost something, they told me they searched twice but couldn't find it, yet we found it right under the seat. They treat Chinese customers very differently compared to foreigners. When I went to pick up the car, a foreigner was returning theirs and the process was simply asking if there were any issues, to which the foreigner said no and handed over the keys. When it was my turn to return the car, they inspected it inside and out and again accused me of smoking in the car. I've been driving in Australia for three years and have never smoked in my car. I will never rent from this terrible company again.
