The Chinese language service is nice and very helpful. Changing the drop-off location was also smooth, but there was a charge that wasn't clearly explained over the phone. Picking up and returning the car is very convenient, and the locations are easy to find. Entering the provided addresses from QEEQ into Google Maps is very accurate. Additionally, the staff are all very efficient.
Overall, it's pretty good. Although they initially promised a RAV4, we ended up with a Nissan, which was a gas guzzler. However, it was still comfortable to drive, and the car exchange was very fast. The service overall was quite good.
