The Chinese language service is nice and very helpful. Changing the drop-off location was also smooth, but there was a charge that wasn't clearly explained over the phone. To expedite the process, I agreed to the charge. One uncomfortable point: I booked a Jeep, but at the counter, they said only Hyundai was available and recommended an upgrade. The Alamo company is quite good. There are plenty of vehicle options, and they are relatively new. The Jeep I rented had only driven a bit over 2000 kilometers. There were no additional charges or upselling. Just take your printed rental confirmation and proceed directly to complete the paperwork. The printed contract is the same as the rental confirmation.
