There was a huge line at the store, and I had to wait almost an hour to get the car. The attendant tried to get me to upgrade, but I refused. When returning the car, I didn't have time to refuel, and they told me I had to pay USD10 per gallon. Faced with the risk of missing my flight, I agreed, but then I was charged USD161 for 9 gallons. Definitely a scam. I've already complained on the Budget website and will file a complaint with the car rental platform tomorrow.
Quite good, the car I got was better than the one I booked. The only downside was that it didn't have windshield washer fluid, but luckily it rained and cleaned the glass.
