The service staff we encountered were quite average in attitude. They tried to sell insurance and a full tank of gas, but after we declined, they didn't push further. We were free to choose any car; the RAV4 has a larger trunk compared to the Jeep, fitting three large suitcases and one small suitcase.

Renting a car at San Francisco airport was very convenient. Since we didn't quite get used to the first car, we spoke to the staff at Los Angeles airport and they swapped it without any extra charges. Returning the car was also very easy. Overall, it was a great car rental experience.

Picked up the car at San Francisco Airport. The older foreign gentleman at the far-right counter aggressively pushed additional insurance fees. When I insisted on using my QEEQ order, he became visibly unhappy, which made me unhappy as well.
