Amazing black convertible Camaro. Service was straightforward and convenient.

Overall, it's acceptable. Picking up and returning the car is quite convenient. Especially the phone service desk, as they will provide a Chinese translator if your English isn't good, and they are very patient. However, I initially booked a full-to-full fuel policy, but they gave me a full-to-empty one. I didn't notice at first, so I ended up buying a full tank for over 50 dollars. Additionally, they charged me another 9 dollars at the return, without clear reason.

Excellent experience overall. Picking up and dropping off the car was very convenient. The only issue was that the parking lot at Los Angeles Airport was hard to find and lacked clear signage.

Exact car ordered was not available but Danny on reception at San Francisco Airport was great and offered similar options at no additional expense The car was fantastic and a joy to drive
