Bangkok to Pattaya

The car that was provided was not as per the reservation; instead, we were given a downgraded vehicle. With a full number of travelers, the trunk was completely packed, making the trip uncomfortable. This was the biggest regret of the trip. In the future, I hope the company adheres to the rental agreement and does not arbitrarily provide any car. There is a payment contract in place after all. If I had known this was going to be the result, I would have rented a seven-seater business vehicle. I'm used to driving SUVs back home and wanted one abroad too. It was more expensive and I was downgraded.

Very simple and convenient

The car pickup and return process was very organized. A great car rental experience.

The company is quite good. The woman at the indoor return point didn't inform me of some important details, but overall it's still good.

The car inspection was fairly simple with no extra charges.
