The attitude was outrageously poor. I booked a Mercedes but they gave me a Hyundai, insisting it was the same class of car. When I argued, they said either take it or cancel the order and rent from another company. Ridiculous... After returning the car, I went to the office for a receipt. They promised to send it by email but never did.

Picked up the car near Salzburg train station. They accommodated us early in the morning. The pickup process was very convenient. The best part was that we got a free upgrade to a brand new Volvo V60 with an automatic transmission, built-in navigation, and cruise control! It was amazing!

Picking up the car was smooth, but returning it was a bit troublesome. The main issue was the inaccurate navigation to the return location, which didn't lead to the parking lot entrance. This caused us to circle around four times and ask for directions twice before finding the entrance.
