From San Francisco to Los Angeles to San Diego to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon, drove 2000 miles

The car pick-up process was very smooth. From San Francisco airport, you can take the airport shuttle to the car rental building (most rental companies are there). I was fortunate to meet a gentleman from Hong Kong who speaks Mandarin. He recommended insurance, but I did not purchase it. The process was very efficient. I had reserved a Chrysler, but it was unavailable, so I chose a white Dodge from the lot with only 500 miles on it. It was very new. I quickly got used to driving it. The car's power was average, and I am not sure about the engine size, but the fuel consumption seemed high. Returning the car was even simpler and more straightforward. I will choose QEEQ again next time but will select a different model.

The car was in good condition, and returning it was convenient. However, we faced a long line to pick up the car, probably because it was cheap. The staff had a good attitude, and there were no issues.

The customer service adds numerous insurance fees without consulting the customer, significantly increasing the rental cost. Very dissatisfied!
