They promoted insurance and child seats when I didn't understand them. I wasn't even provided with a child seat, yet the staff claimed I used one when I returned the car. This is clearly fraudulent.

Not bad, both picking up and returning the car were quite convenient. Initially, they gave me a Dodge which was too big, but I easily swapped it for a Toyota Avalon at the counter.
