The reserved time was not honored, and I had to wait over two hours to get the car. When expressing dissatisfaction to the counter staff, they even threatened to cancel the order. Their attitude was very rude.
In general, it was just okay. Even though we clearly reserved a business car, they gave us the smallest Renault. It was extremely cramped, and we had to carry our luggage.
The service was excellent. However, I specifically reserved an automatic car, but upon retrieving the vehicle, I was informed that there were none available, which was quite disappointing.
