The customer service at pickup did not allow me to see the terms and conditions, and insisted on processing my card before showing the contract. When I asked why, they said it was their policy, which felt very impersonal. Additionally, due to an accident on the road, I wanted to exchange the car. I called their customer service and was told I could, but when I arrived, they took the car back instead.
Like: Car was comfortable and economical. Made the long distances more pleasurable. Dislike: Nothing really to note.
