Compared to my last rental experience with AVIS, the efficiency and service were vastly inferior. Returning the car early required cash payment, which was very frustrating.
Like: Ask for a 7 seater they give a 9 seater. Dislike: The pick up point hard to reach for a first timer in medlbourn.
