The car provided at the store did not match the one reserved and paid for online. They informed us of no available cars and asked us to go to the airport to switch. Only after three requests did they call the airport for assistance. The staff at both the airport and the replacement location were just average in terms of attitude.
We waited 30 minutes for the car rental company's shuttle bus. We arrived at the store at 11 PM. There was a long queue. The staff were slow and seemed unprepared.
