One-Day Car Rental in San Francisco. Not Recommended to Drive in the City. Parking is Extremely Inco

This was the worst car rental experience I've ever had. The car was in poor condition and the company took advantage of my jet lag and urgency to reach my destination to make me sign additional insurance. According to other reviews, they also charge for cleaning fees, among other things. If you rent from this company, make sure to check that it is Budget—Budget, Budget, Budget! The final charge was 30% more than the rental fee. Even though I filled up the gas tank, they charged me for a partially filled tank. I was furious! When I complained, they asked me to provide a fuel receipt, but I hadn't thought to keep it. The bank transaction record wasn't sufficient for them. This is a scam, no exaggeration. I've rented cars many times in the U.S., and other companies never behaved like this one. Extra insurance, cleaning fees, incomplete fuel charges—they always find a way to charge you extra. I chose Budget because it had the lowest rate, and I regret it deeply. It was a complete rip-off. My advice: Be wary of Budget! When I returned the car, I noticed that few people rented from them, so the bad reputation is well-deserved. Be cautious, everyone!

The staff tried to upsell other models and added extra insurance without informing us. The tablet screen was very small, making it difficult to understand the specialized terms in the English contract. The staff did not inform us of the additional insurance costs and kept urging us to sign. This resulted in us being overcharged more than 600 dollars for insurance. The staff for pick up were very helpful and supportive. They helped me pick up right SUV vehicle considering my number of luggage. Car was well maintained, clean and spacious. Drop off was quick and smooth. No issues and staff was very helpful.

Qeeq. Com was very helpful and supportive for entire pick up process. They well informed about checklist for documents required, safety tips to check for car pick, and pick up location. Rates provided by then were very good. Even for drop off they gave all checklist which was very helpful.
