There was a last-minute car change. The counter said that the reserved car was unavailable and offered an upgrade. After agreeing, went to the parking lot and found no car in the designated space. Asked a staff member and was told there were no cars left. They switched to another car and said it was the only one available, no other options. Very frustrating.

The attitude was average, they kept trying to get me to upgrade the car. I suspect the car I reserved wasn’t available. In contrast, big companies like Enterprise would directly upgrade the customer.

Had to wait in line for over half an hour.

No lines. Requested to return the car in Las Vegas last minute and it was smoothly resolved

One staff member on my two rentals was excellent, but the other who tried to sell insurance and failed was quite unhappy, so it really depends on the person. Still better than Dollar.
