When I returned the car, I had to pay CAD75 for a tiny chip on the windshield that was just a bit larger than a pinhead! If you don't have the patience to inspect, it's better to buy their windshield insurance. Additionally, they target Chinese people! At the same time I returned the car, a foreign customer just handed over the keys and left. When I returned the car, a black man inspected the windshield for 3 minutes and found a tiny chip, forcing me to pay CAD75!
