The two adjacent parking lots were not connected, the signs were unclear, and I ended up in the wrong parking lot on the right. It took walking outside the building to find the rental company's parking entrance and then walking down the ramp to the -4 level to find the car.

Overall it was okay. Pros: The car I got was new and in good condition. Cons: The communication took a long time. I was told there was no such car available and was pushed to switch to another model for an extra fee. This upselling took nearly an hour. Although I eventually got a car of the same class without extra charges (not Volkswagen T-cross), it wasted a lot of time. Additionally, the final bill was about 40 euros more than expected due to taxes and other fees, which were not reflected in the initial invoice.
