Scheduled a car exchange, but the store was closed. They didn't answer the phone even though someone was obviously there. Almost missed my flight. Suspect they wanted to charge extra by not taking the car back.
Car is in great condition. Counter people are very helpful. Price is very reasonable. We are going to use this company again and definitely recommend it to everyone else.
