I rented a car from this company and extended the rental twice. During the first pickup, the female staff at the front desk was very friendly and professional, providing a car in excellent condition. The second extension was smooth as well, and I kept the same car. However, during the third extension, the front desk staff was an older gentleman who insisted on giving me a different car. It took over 20 minutes to switch to a car with less-than-ideal condition. On the third day of driving, the car's battery died after parking for two hours near the Acropolis. I contacted the rental company, and they sent someone (on a motorcycle) to jump-start the car. I immediately requested a battery replacement or a different car. After driving to the rental company's location near the airport, their technician claimed that the battery issue was my fault and asked me to pay for the replacement. After a 20-minute discussion during which my group strongly insisted, the company replaced the battery (which took only five minutes), and the car worked fine thereafter. Returning the car was the most tedious process I've ever experienced—various inspections were done repeatedly, causing the return process to take about 30 minutes. Overall, my experience was good, but there were issues with the attitude and methods of certain staff members.

The guy who received us was very friendly. Even though he knew we had a phone map, he kindly told us there were two routes to the hotel and gave us a map book.

Guys, I got to the airport pick point 30 min before you close. It was not my fault it took you more than 30 min for the transfer to show up and take us to your location. You still charged me 25$ extra! That's the reason of my bad review, I did complain at the desk but your guy said it was the rule. if I knew I was paying 25$ extra you wouldn't be my choice for rental. Please fix that.
