I strongly advise against renting from this company. One word, greedy! They charged me an extra $150 without any prior notification, claiming it was for toll fees. One word, greedy!

They added a lot of extra insurance without informing me, which I only found out at checkout. It feels deceptive.

There was about a 35 min to 45 min wait to get the car. You need more attendants to help! The return of the car was great!.....

Like: In the parking garage, there was no wait and we were able to get the keys immediately and start our vacation!
Dislike: The wait to pick up the car in the terminal was long. The person waiting on us, was also on her cell phone, while serving us. The car had lots of small dings and scratches where it had hit things and the paint had chipped off. On the form the attendant gave us in the parking garage, none of these were checked off and should have been. When I told the attendant that there were many dings and scratches, she just told me to mark them off on the diagram but she should have really come out of the booth since she was not serving any customers at that point, and should have gone over the condition of the car with us.
