The car's condition was good, performance was excellent and it was relatively new.

The service process is simple and efficient.

Pickup time was 18:00 and return time was 18:00. We arrived at the counter around 17:30. After rejecting a bunch of extra charges the service staff introduced, the payment list still included an extra hour of rental fee just because we arrived half an hour early. After negotiation, the return time was changed to 17:00, avoiding extra charges. We almost ended up with a car of the same group, but fortunately refused it and were willing to wait, which took about fifty minutes.
