Renting a car was very convenient and quick. Just sign the contract and watch a traffic regulation video, and you can pick up the car. Originally rented an A4, but got upgraded to a Q5. The car was very new. Returning the car was also easy, just wait for any charges or fines notifications.

Compared to my last rental experience with AVIS, the efficiency and service were vastly inferior. Returning the car early required cash payment, which was very frustrating.

“Cheap but rip of fees”

Not happy that that a $5 toll has turned into $24 due to commissions and fees....TOTAL RORT AND RIP OFF. Also had to pay extra to get to airport due to car place not being open earlier enough, so in the end car wasnt that cheap

“Booking through Easy Rent Car was stress free, however would never book with Aucar again.”

Highly disappointed with Aucar. Car stank of cigarette smoke, despite the no smoking sign, the car was in very very poor condition with bumps and scratches, and the extra fee ($15) for going through tolls was just unnecessary and too large. Will not book through again.
