The overcharge for extra hours is more expensive than the daily rate. They charged 5000 Baht to replace a small broken mirror, which typically costs only a few hundred. There was no explanation other than it being company policy. Only a Chinese owner would be this harsh.
Counter staffs can speak chinese so there's no language barrier. Collection of car was a breeze.
