The staff service was excellent. They suggested we pay $8 to upgrade to a larger Jeep, which could accommodate our bigger suitcase.

The counter instructions were unclear. Strongly recommend adding Chinese service.

The work efficiency is too low, and the queue time is too long.

The processing speed was acceptable, but there was a Hong Kong girl named Tiffany who was very misleading. The car provided was not the same size as the one booked, and there was no prior communication with the customer. Later, a manager named Steve came out and reluctantly helped to resolve it. Overall, not satisfied.
