This rental car company is terrible, their attitude is extremely poor. I picked up the car at 8 PM, and shortly after driving out, I noticed the car's display screen was malfunctioning. I stopped at the nearest gas station and tried restarting the engine, but the issue persisted. I called the store and was told the display screen was already problematic. Why couldn't they tell me earlier? They said the car itself was fine and I could continue driving it. It was already late, around 8 or 9 PM, so I decided to drive it back to my hotel first (the car worked fine except for the screen issue). The next day, the customer service at their store apologized profusely and offered to swap the car for a different one, so I went there. However, they didn't have the same model available, and the alternative couldn't fit all my luggage. I decided to just keep the original car since I had no choice. The customer service rep offered to compensate me with half a tank of fuel as an apology. I rented the car for three days at a cost of nearly 1,800 RMB, and just swapping the car cost me half a day. I don't even know the value of half a tank of fuel. To make matters worse, when I returned the car this morning, the airport staff accused me of returning the car with less fuel than it should have. I tried explaining, but she wouldn't listen. Imagine dealing with an unreasonable person like a market vendor—she kept saying her piece, and I kept saying mine. My daily rental cost was 600 RMB, and a full tank of gas might cost at most 400 RMB. The critical issue is that as a foreigner renting a car in another country, discovering a problem within 3 kilometers of driving is utterly unsettling. There was no explanation, no transparency, and no apology. This rental company clearly doesn't value their customers' safety and feelings, thinking that compensating with half a tank of fuel is enough. Moreover, their store's customer service and airport staff have no communication whatsoever. The airport staff clearly doesn’t care; they're just employees, and they know nothing. Avoid this rental company—it’s a trap. While my English is okay, those who are not confident in English will likely struggle even more. To sum it up: it's absolutely the worst experience. I've never encountered anything worse.
There is no counter at T2, it was a bit hard to find the parking lot in Kuala Lumpur as it was my first time there and no one answered the phone. Eventually, I contacted the rental company for assistance.

Staff are friendly and professional. The model that I rent is Proton Exora. I don't have any expectation on the Malaysian basic 7-seater car. However, it's over my expectation. The car condition is great, it's clean and pretty new. When I loaded all luggage and passenger, this small engine 7-seater still capable to handle it well. I shall definitely use Galaxy asia service again.
Like: Very friendly staff. Supported us very well during pick up and drop. Vehicle was is very good condition. Except the music player did not work with our usb and we couldnt charge our phones either. Dislike: Unfortunately Usb port for charging and music system did not work.
