The ASIA CAR - Klia car hire location is in terminal

You can walk to the counter of ASIA CAR - Klia car hire.

Car Pick-up Instructions: The KLIA 2 branch is located at Counter 6 inside the airport terminal building (ASIA CAR). To pick up your rental car, head to the airport counter following the signs for Asia Car. After collecting your luggage, proceed to the Arrivals Hall in Terminal 2. Walk straight to Gate 2 where you'll find a Family Mart convenience store. Take the escalator down to Level 1 and follow the signs to the car rental counter. Please ensure you are picking up your car from the correct location, either KLIA 1 or KLIA 2. Our staff will assist you with your reservation. There is a 10km distance between KLIA 1 and KLIA 2. We have rental counters in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 for your convenience. Make sure your flight arrives at the same terminal as the car pick-up counter. For car pick-up outside normal business hours, please contact the branch in advance. An additional fee of MYR80 will be charged from 22:00 to 23:59, and MYR150 from 00:00 to 07:59. We operate as usual on public holidays. Tip: To make your return process smoother, inquire with the staff about return procedures when picking up your car! Drop-off Instructions

Pick-up Instructions: To collect your rental car at KLIA 2, proceed to Counter 6 (Asia Car) located at Terminal Transport Hall Level 1. Follow the signage for Asia Car from the arrival hall. After retrieving your luggage, head towards FamilyMart near Gate 2 in the arrival hall of Terminal 2. Adjacent to FamilyMart, there is an escalator leading to Level 1 where the car rental counter is situated. Please confirm your pick-up location at both KLIA 1 and KLIA 2, which are a 20-minute drive apart. The staff will ensure the vehicle is ready as requested. Note the 10km distance between KLIA 1 and KLIA 2. ASIA CAR offers rental services at counters in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Ensure to match your arrival terminal with the respective pick-up counter. For pick-ups from a different location, an MYR 30 fee applies. To arrange pick-ups outside operating hours, contact the store in advance. Extra charges may be incurred.

    I had to wait for more than half an hour to drop the car, nobody was picking up the call to come to collect the car, then I ran upto the counter to get someone to take the car and then we came back to inspect the car with the luggage and then again rush back to airport departure as i had wasted more than 30 mins for this process at the peak time when I had to catch the flight, at the time of drop try to understand the customer cannot invest time in these activities as he has to catch the flight.

    I have been renting from Galaxy for few instances and previous trip I switch to another car rental thinking that most of the car rental are the same.     Staff are friendly and professional. The model that I rent is Proton Exora. I don't have any expectation on the Malaysian basic 7-seater car. However, it's over my expectation. The car condition is great, it's clean and pretty new. When I loaded all luggage and passenger, this small engine 7-seater still capable to handle it well.     The car was about average, roughly 2-3 years old but with relatively high mileage. Interior was clean and the drive's fairly smooth, but the engine was a bit noisy (have driven many Civics before). There were also many scratches around the body and rims. Considering the amount paid for this car/category, we weren't too happy given the above. We had expected for a newer or better maintained car. Hope to see improvements in the future.

    Despite our flight being delayed, the car rental company's customer service promptly answered our call at 1 AM and assured us we could still get the car later. You can walk to the counter of ASIA CAR - Klia car hire.

Car Pick-up Instructions: The KLIA 2 branch is located at Counter 6 inside the airport terminal building (ASIA CAR). To pick up your rental car, head to the airport counter following the signs for Asia Car. After collecting your luggage, proceed to the Arrivals Hall in Terminal 2. Walk straight to Gate 2 where you'll find a Family Mart convenience store. Take the escalator down to Level 1 and follow the signs to the car rental counter. Please ensure you are picking up your car from the correct location, either KLIA 1 or KLIA 2. Our staff will assist you with your reservation. There is a 10km distance between KLIA 1 and KLIA 2. We have rental counters in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 for your convenience. Make sure your flight arrives at the same terminal as the car pick-up counter. For car pick-up outside normal business hours, please contact the branch in advance. An additional fee of MYR80 will be charged from 22:00 to 23:59, and MYR150 from 00:00 to 07:59. How to Return The Rental Car, Car Park or Key Box & After Hours Return Instructions?

Pick-up Instructions: To collect your rental car at KLIA 2, proceed to Counter 6 (Asia Car) located at Terminal Transport Hall Level 1. Follow the signage for Asia Car from the arrival hall. After retrieving your luggage, head towards FamilyMart near Gate 2 in the arrival hall of Terminal 2. Adjacent to FamilyMart, there is an escalator leading to Level 1 where the car rental counter is situated. Please confirm your pick-up location at both KLIA 1 and KLIA 2, which are a 20-minute drive apart. The staff will ensure the vehicle is ready as requested. Note the 10km distance between KLIA 1 and KLIA 2. ASIA CAR offers rental services at counters in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Ensure to match your arrival terminal with the respective pick-up counter. For pick-ups from a different location, an MYR 30 fee applies. To arrange pick-ups outside operating hours, contact the store in advance. Extra charges may be incurred.
