I showed him the order amount, and after standing my ground, he not only upgraded our car but also gave a price slightly lower than the order. Additionally, my wife forgot her key pouch in the car, and they helped locate it and promised to mail it back. We paid for the shipping, but it was still a pleasant resolution.

Like: The guy helping me was very informative, he had quite a lot of cars available and let me pick.
Dislike: That I couldn't use my debit card, that's annoying. Specially if I am a returning customer over and over again.
