They arranged a staff to wait at the exit gate with a placard bearing driver's name, so finding them was a total breeze.
We were then led to the car, inspected it for any existing damages (slight scratches, dents only). Then we drove away. Easy peasy. The car never gave us any problem during the whole rental period.
We found Samavest staff efficient, knowledgeable, polite and would recommend the company unreservedly.
Like: Very quick and easy to find the staff. Friendly staff as well and answered my calls fast and friendly. Car in good condition and drove smoothly. Dislike: The only issue is that the car had some minor electronic issues. Car Key battery not working so have to lock manually. Handbrake indicator was constantly on even after releasing the handbrake. Also at the beginning there was a minor mix up and almost was given someone else's car.
