The agent at collection gave excellent service, thoroughly checking the car for damage by using a video and gave advice on parking and petrol stations on the island. Easy handover at the end.
The service was excellent and the staff were very polite. Special thanks to Ah Hou. The fuel prices in Malaysia are very low, making it perfect for self-driving tours. I will choose this company again next time and recommend it to friends. They did an exceptional job.
Very satisfied! The car was slightly old and the key battery seemed dead, but they quickly came after I called and resolved it by replacing the battery.
