The vehicle did not match my order; although I picked it up early, the rental company said they might not have my car even at the scheduled time. Eventually, I had to pay extra to get another car. The return location only had a box for the keys with no staff present.

It's a great company, located at the airport, so you can pick up the car as soon as you exit. You can also return the car at the airport when returning home. Additionally, German efficiency ensures the vehicles are reliable.

I've booked Mercedes (A-class) but got Ford (minivan). I understand that they didn’t have Mercedes at that time but I needed small car, not minivan. Everything else was very nice.
