Queued for an hour and a half, took another hour to get the car. It's hard to believe that such a big company has only three people handling business.

Did not inform customers that the car consumes a lot of fuel.

The car is too small.

No long queues, very convenient, and good service attitude.

Easy to pick up and drop off, and the car got the job done in the end. I do wish they'd had what I'd booked (a hybrid vehicle), but unfortunately they didn't and were offering me alternatives that cost more (Tesla) or were tiny two-door electric vehicles that wouldn't fit me plus my luggage. Had to go with a full petrol option instead.

Easy to use, had to update my booking once (pick up time) and had no troubles
