Very satisfied

Due to language barriers, the store did not provide Chinese-speaking staff or instructions in Chinese. We were unaware that the car couldn't leave Cebu, and now we are waiting for the rental company's headquarters to inform us of the penalty amount. The deposit hasn't been refunded yet.

We were about to return the car at nearly 5 PM. We quickly sent someone to the store to ask the staff to wait a bit longer. By the time we parked, it was already past 5, but the staff waited patiently. Thank you very much! However, since the parking lot signs were not clear (right next to another parking lot) and there were many one-way streets nearby, we missed the entrance and had to take a big detour (we ended up making a big circle again). It would be great if parking assistance could be provided!

Terrible service. I originally rented from another company, but they forced me to take a car from this awful company. They said there would be no additional fees, but then charged me 250 yuan at the airport.

There was an additional charge of 35 euros, but I couldn't understand what it was for.
