Before renting the car, I specifically contacted the car rental company but did not receive any notice that only credit cards with Visa or MasterChip are accepted. On the rental day, the company said that my credit card with a UnionPay logo could not be used. I asked if my spouse's card could be used, and they said no. When I asked what to do, they said we just need to pay an extra 80 euros to use the credit card with the UnionPay logo and Visa chip. We had two families renting two cars, so we paid an extra 160 euros. Additionally, because the return time was 6 am, outside their business hours, we paid a 24 euro service fee per car. PS: Another Chinese tourist family renting a car at the same time as us also had to pay the 24 euro service fee and a one-month deposit of 1460 euros.

The pickup address provided by Zuzuche was incorrect, which led me to the wrong location. After contacting them, the rental company sent someone to pick me up and take me to get the car. The rental location was very far from the Heraklion port. I originally planned to walk to the port after returning the car. Due to the new return point being very far from the port, walking there was not possible, so I had to pay an additional 10 euros to the rental company for someone to pick up the car from the port. Additionally, the car wasn't provided with a full tank of gas, which was inconvenient as I had to be very cautious not to overfill the tank each time I refueled.

This store had no issues with me renting two cars under the same name as long as I provided enough drivers with valid licenses. However, the charges were very confusing. Both bookings were made via the mobile app, with the platform prepaying RMB 427 per car while the order indicated EUR 256.74 per car to be paid at the store. But when we got there, we had to pay EUR 286.5 per car. Additionally, they charged a deposit of EUR 806 per car on my credit card, which wasn't refunded after returning the cars. This maxed out my credit card and I had to change names for car rentals in Crete and Santorini.

They require a Visa card for security deposit, but I just declared bankruptcy. Managed to use cash instead, paid 500 Euros as deposit, which was refunded after returning the car. Pretty reliable. The owner carefully inspected the car before lending it out, suggested taking photos for records. Very meticulous owner.

I had to wait over 1 hour to get the vehicle and this is after all the process of signing the contract (which was another 30 minute). They made me wait outside in the middle of the street in the wind for over 1 hour and then gave us a very old van in terrible conditions
