Car was in very poor condition in and out, the worst thing was the smell inside the car that won't go away even after windows left open overnight.. Replacement car was offered after contacting Green motion which was good.
The staff was nice, but the address provided by the app didn’t match the actual location. It took us an extra hour to find it, which was frustrating, especially with the language barrier.
Second rental experience. According to Zuzuche's policy, a notarized Mainland Chinese driver's license should be accepted at the time of pickup. However, Green Motion staff only acknowledged international driver's licenses and refused to rent the car unless we purchased their full insurance. Due to our urgency and after communicating with Zuzuche's customer service, we eventually bought the company's full insurance to get the car. No actual policy was signed, raising doubts about its validity, and it felt like an extra charge. During the waiting period, we encountered two other groups of Chinese renters facing the same issue. When returning the car, they claimed there was new damage even though it was already marked at the time of pickup. The staff's attitude was terrible and unreasonable. When we asked the staff who marked the damage during pickup to confirm, they refused. After threatening to call the police, they reluctantly let us go but rudely escorted us out of the store. Additionally, due to a shortage of cars at the port, the airport staff initially promised to drive us to the port for free when we returned the car. After the unpleasant experience, they acted as if the promise was never made, citing reasons like being short-staffed or lacking driving licenses. It was only when we threatened to film and complain that they fulfilled their promise. Overall, the service experience was extremely poor, and regardless of whether it was specific to this location, we will not choose this company again.
Car was great, but rear seatbelt fastenings oddly had their covers removed, meaning that when a bump was hit or a bend in the road the passenger leans against the switch and the seatbelt was unfastened! Very dangerous.

They require a Visa card for security deposit, but I just declared bankruptcy. Managed to use cash instead, paid 500 Euros as deposit, which was refunded after returning the car. Pretty reliable. The owner carefully inspected the car before lending it out, suggested taking photos for records. Very meticulous owner.
The worst car rental experience I've ever had. Not only were they rude, but after paying the rental fee, they directly charged my card 998 euros as a deductible for insurance, claiming it was not a deposit. They said it would be refunded 12 to 15 business days after confirming the car was fine. I've rented from companies like Avis and Sixt before, and they usually just take a note of your credit card without charging a deposit. This company, however, charges your card immediately and doesn't refund upon return. You could barely find this clause in the rental contract. I wanted to switch rental companies, but they charged me since I didn't provide a PIN immediately. It felt like theft, especially since it was cash. If I weren't abroad and didn't want to ruin my trip, I would've called the police! I even contacted the rental platform's customer service, but only received standard replies saying everything would be fine and they'd report the issue. My question is, what if my credit card expires before I get my refund? Who covers that nearly 1000 euros?
This store had no issues with me renting two cars under the same name as long as I provided enough drivers with valid licenses. However, the charges were very confusing. Both bookings were made via the mobile app, with the platform prepaying RMB 427 per car while the order indicated EUR 256.74 per car to be paid at the store. But when we got there, we had to pay EUR 286.5 per car. Additionally, they charged a deposit of EUR 806 per car on my credit card, which wasn't refunded after returning the cars. This maxed out my credit card and I had to change names for car rentals in Crete and Santorini.
This shop didn't mind me renting two cars under the same name as long as I had enough drivers with valid licenses. However, the charges were confusing. I booked through the mobile app, and the car rental platform pre-paid RMB 427 per car. The order showed I had to pay EUR 256.74 per car at the store, but I ended up paying EUR 286.5 per car along with a deposit of EUR 806 per car on my credit card. The deposit hasn't been refunded even after returning the cars, which caused my credit card to max out, forcing me to change names for car rentals in Crete and Santorini.
The car is a bit old, no free upgrades, the warning light is on all the time. The manager said it's due to the weather and assured me the car is drivable. They tried to sell me full insurance, but I had already purchased full coverage through the rental company, so I didn't accept their offer.
Absolutely horrible!!!! Very, very, very, very bad service! They forced us to buy €62 insurance, otherwise they wouldn't give us the car! The same happened to two other Chinese customers as well. This company has no credibility! Absolutely terrible! Do not rent from them under any circumstances!!!! Let's see if QEEQ dares to delete my review! When I checked, it was all positive reviews but it's not true at all!
Before renting the car, I specifically contacted the car rental company but did not receive any notice that only credit cards with Visa or MasterChip are accepted. On the rental day, the company said that my credit card with a UnionPay logo could not be used. I asked if my spouse's card could be used, and they said no. When I asked what to do, they said we just need to pay an extra 80 euros to use the credit card with the UnionPay logo and Visa chip. We had two families renting two cars, so we paid an extra 160 euros. Additionally, because the return time was 6 am, outside their business hours, we paid a 24 euro service fee per car. PS: Another Chinese tourist family renting a car at the same time as us also had to pay the 24 euro service fee and a one-month deposit of 1460 euros.
The attitude was quite unfriendly, forcing us to buy additional insurance. They don't rent cars without an international driving permit and didn't even look at the translation. Once the insurance was upgraded, it was fine. Clearly a scam.

A credit card guarantee of $865 is required, only Visa is accepted, not MasterCard. Due to insufficient credit limit, I had to purchase insurance for 15 euros and put down a cash deposit of 150 euros.
