The pre-authorization charged 3000 dollars, which is way more than other companies. It's been a month and it hasn't been refunded. It's very frustrating... There are also many miscellaneous fees.
The head quarters really gave me pause - it didn't look like a real company. I was concerned to give them my credit card details. In the end it was fine and nothing bad happened.
